I have recently upgraded my home internet and bought a usb 5G adapter, so I can access the 5 Gigahertz wifi network, which is much faster.
The site promised it was Linux compatible, but the drivers the vendor sent me were useless. I couldn’t make sense of the instructions…
So I had to search for a solution on the web. And I found it here.
Since I had to install it on multiple computers, I wrote this script to install it smoothly. Enjoy!
Great app to edit pdfs
According to its official site: PDFeditor is a free open source pdf editor and a library for manipulating PDF documents, released under terms of GNU GPL version 2. It includes PDF manipulating library based on xpdf, GUI, set of command line tools and a pdf editor.
In my modest opinion, it’s a great open-source alternative to Master PDF Editor.
Due to dependency issues, it’s not possible to install it by just downloading the debian pack.
So I gathered all the necessary debian files and made it fast and easy to install it.
Just click here.
